FaxOut Fax Delivery Service
Important Notice
FaxPlus reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions from
time to time without notice. The
latest applicable Terms and Conditions for the FaxPlus fax delivery
service will be published on our
website at www.faxplus.co.za and can also be accessed from the
published rate sheet at
www.faxplus.co.za/faxout.htm.
Charges are charged per minute or part thereof whether retries,
failed attempts or successful delivery
of Faxes, resend, partial or complete fax deliveries
Quoted rates may be amended without notice – the latest applicable
rates will be published
at www.faxplus.co.za/faxout.htm

FaxOut services are only available to registered users of FaxPlus
Fax-to-Email
Free FaxOut services are only available to registered users of
FaxPlus Fax-to-Email that have received
more than 10 (ten) faxes in the previous calendar month.
Users wishing to make ongoing use of this free FaxOut service must
ensure that they have received no
less than 10 (ten) faxes by 22h00 on the last calendar day of each
month to qualify for free sending for
the following month
Free fax services only apply to faxes sent from a FaxPlus 08660/6
number to another FaxPlus 08660/6 number
Users of FaxFX FaxOut services are forbidden to use this facility
for spam, unsolicited communications,
illegal and/or fraudulent communications/transactions or any other
action that may be deemed illegal
or dishonest and that is in contravention to any applicable South
African Laws and/or that may bring
the name/brand of this service into disrepute or cause it harm in
any other manner whatsoever. Users
who are deemed guilty of any of the aforementioned stipulations will
be reported to the relevant
authorities – Fax Effects (Pty) Ltd t/a FaxFX rights remain strictly
reserved
Debit order facilities are available to Companies/Organisations that
qualify. Account application and Debit
Order forms are available on request. Qualification criteria will
vary from time to time and the decision to
accept/decline an application vests with the Directors of Fax
Effects (Pty) Ltd t/a FaxFX, whose decision
is final. In the case where an application for credit is declined,
no explanation shall be given and no
correspondence will be entered into.
Direct deposit facilities are also available – due to the escalating
incidences of fraud, only cash deposits
or EFT transfers will be accepted. Credits for cash deposits/direct
EFT transfers will be effected within
48 hours of FaxFX receiving confirmation of the respective deposits.
Under no circumstances will
deposits or EFT transfers be reversed/refunded. Any user, company or
organisation wishing to make
use of the direct deposit facility will need to complete the
standard Account Application form, stipulate
the method of deposit that will be used and fax the document to
FaxPlus on 086 600 0003 for record
and verification purposes
